I don’t normally like to give bad reviews but this is ridiculous. I really like their food but for years they have been notorious for not answering the phone. I was at home, called 8x to place an order, no one would answer. I pull up to place an order at 805pm on a Saturday. A girl is sitting at the counter, asks me if I am picking up. When I say I want to place an order she tells me they are closed. The door and the website clearly state they close at 10pm… the staff are literally in there chilling on their phones and have someone in the restaurant obviously waiting on food. Can’t even put their phones down long enough to straighten up the store.

Wings where HORRIBLE!! OVERCOOKED and scribbled up to the point the meat was hard. I ordered from Uber Eats. So I called the store for a remake and was told I must take this up with Uber Eats. I didn’t understand because Uber eats did nothing wrong Y’ALL burnt the food so why not just remake it. Smh never again!

Like all the other reviews AWFUL!!!!!!! Customer service!!!!! Female cashier still on her phone. Rung up party wings instead of whole wings. Talking to customers with food in her mouth! Still wouldn’t answer the phone. I HATE 3rd st Food spots! U try to patron BLK OWNED BUSINESSES!!! But it’s not worth it!!! Y’all need to do better!!!!!

This place has the BEST wings hands down!!! The fried green tomatoes and the seasoned fries are magnificent as well. The staff is polite, friendly, professional, and welcoming. I have made this the go to wing spot for me and my kiddos. Don’t forget to get some of their lemonade!!! It’s amazing as well!!! Love the seasoning, the cook on the wings, and they have the good ice in the ice machine!!! And it’s affordable! Rayford’s is most definitely the place to go!

I have to say that I wasn’t at all impressed by the decor. However, once thr food came, that was where the mediocrity ended. The food was cooked perfectly and the sauce for the wings was the best I’ve ever tasted. I had the barbecue and it had a slight hint of vinegar which rounded it out. The food was served hot and was filling. The price was in line with what it should be….overall, this place deserves all 5 stars that I gave it.

This is the first time in history that I’ve came to Rayfords and my food was beyond HORRIBLE The first time I came to pick my food up the wings and fries both were VERY hard. I explained my frustrations to the cashier and she apologized and stated they will remake it. Note it went from my food being ready in 20 mins to it being ready in 45 mins. When I came back to pick up my food the second time the fries were fresh but the chicken looked and smelled horrible. Pics will be attached. I’m not sure if there are new cooks but this is definitely not where it’s at. I’m very disappointed about this experience. I suggest you to check your food throughly before you leave the restaurant. The manager Chris is very nice and he make sure his customers are satisfied. I know for a fact he wasn’t at the restaurant this past weekend. But the good thing is when I went back this morning and the guy with the dreads corrected my order and everything was fresh. Below is the before and after
