I gave 5 stars for service because the cashier was sweet enough to try and walk us through the kiosk. If you want to order Taco bell from this location you have to use the kiosk. You can only order long John silvers with the cashiers. Overall it was ok, the food was good and service was good but I didn’t like I had to use a kiosk

The food was fresh and the workers were very polite. They were extremely busy though, and we waited a while for our food. These wonderful employees need more staff to accommodate the busy evenings, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

We we drove up all the employees were standing outside,got in there no long John silver’s wasn’t even ready we ask how long was told 6min we waited and another employee told us 11:30 am then we was told it’s gonna take an whole nother hour,so we left after being told that if they were there all early why no fish was ready when they open them doors highly disappointed ☹️

The LJS food is still good and their seafood platter is the way to go. The batter and fish taste somehow cheers me up. Very easy to order and the counter service is good too. Plenty of parking available. Eat up!

I haven been to a long John silvers since they had one in Naugatuck so when I saw one in Bristol had to stop. I don’t know where to begin. It was disgusting. The food was like it was left under warmer for hour and so greasy. A large gentleman who was working there was handling stuff and the picking stuff out of food bin. They had no idea what they were doing. It was in with Taco Bell and they were screwing all orders up. I ordered2 fish with fries , chicken and fish for mom and a couple of other 2 combo order and they put shrimp in all of them which would have been a plus but they were NASTY!!! That ruined my desire to ever go to long John silvers again. If I could have I would have given it no stars. Don’t waste your money
