Chicken gets 5 stars, it was very hot, very fresh, terrific! Slaw and toast very good also. Value on the box is decent, although drink should be included. French fries were not fresh, only warm. I’d have liked piping hot, fresh fries. They should hit the fryer just like the chicken, cooked to order. Will try again.

Great food at a great price. When you want just a classic chicken and fries, this should be your go-to. The sauce is better than Zaxby’s in my opinion. The only thing I wish they did was offer something hot other than tabasco sauce.

So good. It’s better than all other chicken places around including CFA. I also like how the chicken didn’t seem to have the tendon in it. I don’t know if they cut it out. But all the pieces I had, it wasn’t in there! I’m a texture kind of person so it worked for me!!

Overall I thought the food was good, as this was the first time I’ve ever eaten at a Guthrie‘s. I’m not sure if I would rush back as there are better values at other similar restaurants at $10.99 for the box combo plus you have to pay extra for a drink. I just think you could use your money, more wisely, and other other similar restaurants.

Chicken has the potential to be good but my order was cold, including the French fries. I also thought I was getting chicken fingers but I got chicken nuggets. Tiny morsels of crispy fried chicken. Not worth it for the price.

So glad we have a Guthries now. So much better tenders than Zaxby’s. Zaxby’s has gotten to wear theirs are overcooked and rubbery.
