Amazing NJ deep fried dog at Big Al’s Steaks on Atlantic Avenue in Delray. The hot dog was huge and delicious, and the big bun was soft and fabulous too! I only had it with mustard because I had another 16 miles to bike, but I loved it with just the mustard. The y have plenty of outdoor seating, and the employees were wonderful! I can’t wait to try their Philly cheesesteak! They have a special kids night on Thursday too! I highly recommend Big Al’s Steaks !

This used to be my go to spot…seems like the quality has gone downhill…I based my review not one but 2 visits waits about 4-5 minutes both times to be helped …seems like the just don’t want customers weren’t really friendly the first time second time we were told the system was down doing an update so would be 20-25 minutes before we could even order this was at 130 pm on a Saturday…food is still delicious but not worth the service or lack there of

The staff is nice enough and they’re convenient. The food is another story we order for the first time a year ago and it was overhyped toouch cheese. Fast forward we ordered recently because everyone else is closed at the time, even got extra meat and it’s like they added extra cheese also. Needless to say we couldn’t finish it.

Well having eaten cheesesteaks all over including Philly…I was not impressed nor was my family with what they ordered. Cold hot dogs, greasy chicken philly with no taste, soggy bread on one sandwich and stale bread on others. Took 30 minutes when we were the only ones there. Only Philadelphia experience we got…was the attitude.

I absolutely love the food here and for the first time I was disgusted and not by the food but by the service. I called in my food and had to call twice. When I got a answer the guy who took my order just sound like he hated life and like I was bothering him. I rather you tell me you’re not doing call ins rather than try to make me feel like a burden. Anyways I kept it moving places my order. I ordered two sandwhiches, a side and dessert and he was like “ anythinggg else” like bro my business keeps you working but again I ignored it kept it moving. On the way there I realized shoot didn’t get grilled onions I call back say who I am and with that same annoying tone but more obvious now, the same guy was like you can get it in the side, your order is already made, so sassy he was lol and he hung up on me! I stared at my phone in awe and reminded myself some ppl have a off days it happens but I had my mom get the order because I know me. Told her don’t tip.. did not tip and won’t tip for bad service ever. When we got home and might I mention we drive all the way from coconut creek, that’s in Fort Lauderdale, all the way to Delray Beach for these damn things because when we want a steak Sammy we want big al’s so I want a smile at least for the gas I waste. A smile or a thank you or something but anyway, we get home food is greattt I get to my dessert and he forgot my chocolate sauce. Have you ever ate deep fried Oreos without choco sauce? It’s horrid, unimaginable, a true abomination especially when you’re looking forward to it. Any other time whatever but fug I had sass twice and got hung up on and no chocolate sauce. Customer service needs to be better with that guy taking the orders Monday night 8/7/2023.

Didn’t get what I ordered! I ordered a grilled Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with Blue cheese dressing a side order of their spray cheese and corn nuggets. My sandwich was fried, had no cheese of any kind whatsoever. No side order of cheese either. The only thing correct was the corn nuggets. Also got fries that I never ordered. Unbelievable! They charged me $12.97 (plus delivery fee, tax & tip for a total of $17.69) for this 6 inch cheesesteak sandwich. Look at the picture. They couldn’t even fill it to the end of the bun with anything. With the horrible delivery service from GrubHub, which was almost an hour late, I was left with a mediocre sandwich that was cold. I feel ripped off for a mediocre sandwich that should’ve been half the price they charged me.
