The food at Grand Central is so good. We order all the time but the people who work there and answer the phone are some of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. It’s almost as if they’re annoyed they have to do their jobs. They make you feel like a burden for ordering.

Food is good but order assuming they will close one to two hours earlier than advertised. (Yes this will happen on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays as well.) The phone has gone to voicemail more often than it’s gone through. They aren’t busy, there’s just no one answering. this has happened mid-week around 4p. There is no reason for someone not to answer the phone several times in a row. Service is rough. It’s a shame because if you are able to order… the hoagie with the hoagie sauce is amazing.

Food is always really good. I usually get the spicy Italian hoagies. Very delicious, but if you don’t like a saucy sandwich, it is loaded with the spicy mayo. Perfect for me though. Love the pizza and the zucchini sticks which arent sticks. Nice size pieces. Never had to wait more than 20 mins, even with delivery. When they answer to phone, some times it’s hard to hear. Everytime I call in, they never seem happy to be answering a phone, they usually sound annoyed. And they can be quick to hang up as soon as they give you your time frame. But they do get busy there.

Unbearable amount of sauce on the pizza. Asked for extra crispy wings were soggy. There was a hair on the pizza. Went back with it. The one worker laughed when I showed it. Very unprofessional. Will never go again. And will not refer anyone

I came here to order lunch one day because I didn’t really like Subway which is kind of the only other choice on this road in this area. My cousin always ordered pizza from here years ago so I thought I’d give it a try. The first problem is they didn’t have turkey. I couldn’t believe that a place that serves lunch subs and hoagies doesn’t have turkey available. So I ordered the steak and what I got was a $10 bread sandwich that had a few pieces of gristle on it. The food totally sucked. I didn’t even finish it it was so disgusting. And I definitely regret getting the pizza sauce on there cuz that made it worse.

This was a so so to better then domino’s. The sauce could use a some flavor. The toppings were good. I heard there hoagie are great so I will order that instead. I wonder if they have fresh cut or plain frozen fries I am interested to try there bacon & cheese

They were ok at best but wouldn’t really go back. Pizza got burnt and they said they’d either make me a new one or give me a full refund if I took the pizza. I was in a hurry so I took the pizza but then she just gave me a $10 gift certificate instead of my full refund. Like I said, in a hurry and wasn’t going to argue over 8 bucks but to promise a full refund for your mistake and then immediately go back on it isn’t the sign of a professional.
