The atmosphere is amazing when you walk in, the workers are very friendly and welcoming and they give you free chips and salsa to start. They make amazing alcoholic drinks and their food is just authentic all around it’s an amazing place no matter what the occasion. I absolutely love this place!!!!!

What a hidden gem in Buffalo. Have your server order for you! First time visit to Bugambilias today for a business lunch. I actually remember our server’s name – Diego. I asked him to order for me, and I wish I had remembered to take a picture. Great presentation of cooked shrimp, fresh avocado, spinach in a great sauce on a bed of rice. Went back today and took pictures – unfortunately after we had started eating, but food still looks good! The Texas Burrito was great.

We started off by our kid accidentally spilling a small bowl of salsa on our lap (oofta), and the server was extremely helpful and chill about it. Our waiter was very accommodating with our request to pay for our table’s food (aka not let our parents pay), and he was gracious about it. Overall, the food was fresh and tasty, the service was great from the greeter to the server, and the restaurant was small but clean.

Bugambilias is a gem. Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, safe (follows Covid procedures), great happy hour and the food is amazing. They start you off with warm chips and salsa, I added guacamole and it was fresh, salted just perfect. The entrées were flavorful with large portions. It was my husband’s birthday and they gave him a huge yummy dessert. I highly recommend trying this restaurant if you are in the Buffalo area.

I’ve heard great things about this place but was highly disappointed. I ordered the t bone steak. It was presented nicely with sauteed onions and mushrooms with shrimp but was tough and overcooked with lots of gristle. My wife ordered the pineapple with chicken which was pretty good. I’m not sure I’ll be back.

We came hungry, we left happy! We ordered a chicken dish and a burrito, both smothered in cheese sauce of course. Would order both again, but can’t wait to tour the whole menu. The complimentary chips and salsa were fresh and delicious too. Very cheap margaritas, pleasant tropical décor.

Good Mexican food, a pleasant atmosphere with a robust and inventive menu. Most of the familiar Tex-Mex style choices were on the menu as well as a few dishes that were unique and new to me! We were visiting from Texas and have had disappointing experiences at other places in the past, so while we had tempered expectations, this place was a pleasant surprise! We will be back next time we are in town.
