This is what you get when you buy a “filled” donut on National Donut day. After your disappointment with the first one, if you plan very carefully, you can actually get filling in two bits of the donut. So you take very average dough, not as sweet as a glazed donut, and then don’t put anything in it. I threw the rest out. I know this is the typical donut at most Dunkin Donuts, so I’m not picking on this store in particular. They are all the same.

I wouldn’t bother going to this dunkin. Horrible service, most of the time donuts aren’t available, waiting time is way too long. Messy, dirty place, and looks unhygienic. The staff don’t really care. I have been to other dunkin, and most of the places have staff that work like they don’t want to be there. It’s just not worth the time!

this place needs to get his act together! I normally have a great time with the service and food at Dunkin, but this location is the worst. I put in a mobile order for a drive-through pick up and the girl at the speaker was very nice. The girl at the window was a different story. She shoved my order through the window, and told me “bye” in a really rude tone. I would understand a little bit of attitude if it was extremely busy, but there were only two other cars in the drive-through in front of me, and nobody behind me. The sourdough on my sandwich wasn’t even toasted. I had about two inches of extra room in my cup for my iced latte too. Extremely disappointed!

Service has gone down! I use to enjoy pulling up to the drive thru and ordering a coffe and avocado toast, however now I’m never getting what I ordered. It seems that this staff is not trained as well as the old staff. Today I ordered an avacado toast with bacon and I received bread and an avocado smear. I ordered a Carmel Macchiato and received a Carmel latte; more like Carmel milk. This is sad. If your in Niceville, and are looking for coffee and a treat, I’d recommend another place.

We went through the drive-thru this morning, ordered coffee donuts in a sandwich. On the coffee I requested an iced large coffee with three cream, but instead I received a hot coffee with 33 cream. Completely undrinkable, not going to the niceville location again. You would think they would ask. Hey did I hear that right? 33 creamer.

They are terrible at getting orders correct. If you order delivery… don’t choose surprise me… you’ll get all glazed. And even if you select specific ones they will STILL get it wrong. They were great 2-3 months ago, must have had a change in employees and these newer ones don’t know or don’t care how to properly do their job.

Unfortunately one of the only donut shops in Niceville, so I keep trying to give it a chance. However, this Dunkin is not worth while. Commonly, they are out of nearly all their donuts, and you only receive a box of glazed, with maybe a frosted thrown in. Items are missing from your order nearly everytime, and frequently donuts are noticeably stale and old. Coffee is a coin flip. Sometimes its good, sometimes it tastes burnt and they can’t make what you want.

They waited until after I paid for my latte to tell me the espresso machine wasn’t working. I don’t like anything else. So I finally just said coffee with creamer and caramel. The coffee was burnt and disgusting. Horrible place and the staff didn’t care at all. Offered a free latte next time but we don’t live here.
