Genuinely good food BUT they seriously take forever to make any amount of food (for fast food) I’ve eaten here twice as well and BOTH times they screwed up the simplest orders. Very fed up with this place, probably won’t ever come back again. Don’t waste your time and money here find a good bar that serves better wings and grab a beer while you’re at it so you forget this place exist.

Just ordered from here got home and everyone’s chicken was fine but mine. The wings are the size of my pinky, the picture really does it no justice. When I opened my box and showed everyone they all busted out laughing. I thought it was a joke. I brought it back to the store and the lady said that’s how it is, they send them to us like this. She said I’ll remake some but they’ll be exactlt the same as those, but everyone at my house had regular size chicken. I will never come back here again. I’m so upset I spent $15 just on mine for an ounce of chicken. She did nothing to make my expirence better I left more upset and wasted my time and gas.

The restaurant appears as if rodents live and work there! They never appear to have enough staff, and the ones they do have are very untidy. I literally observed this woman walk in off the street into the restaurant take off her coat open pickles began eating them while handling my food which was sitting getting cold, wiping her hands on her pants no apron. The Manager’s attire was filthy shirt no apron he too left the cash register, immediately went to the back and proceeded to prepare food no hand washing. I watched this woman drop my fries on the floor and My wings were missing from the count ordered. This was my 2nd visit because, I understand how a lack of help can increase the wait time. I’d had great experiences with Wingstop in the past but now! Upgrade the staff and quality of food or close it!!!! Respectfully,

The service was great.The food was very mediocre you can get better quality food.The fries were sweet even though I ordered it savoury.The wings were bite sized and said I want it bone in they gave me boneless.The only thing that was good was the ranch even at that you can get better quality food from more places.

Placed an order that was $61.95 and it was delivered by door dash. The order was missing a 10 piece wing and while speaking to 2 managers they both refused to have our order redelivered by door dash by stating door dash is refusing to deliver the item, but door dash is willing to redeliver. Wingstop is unwilling to do a full refund or remake the item. On top of all this Wingstop even admitted that they messed up the order and door dash is taking the blame when it wasn’t even their fault.
