We really enjoyed ourselves. We went 4th of July my family and I. The drinks were awesome Hassanah out waitress young black girl she was absolutely awesome! The food was good also. The customer service was so good I don’t even care that my first plate was sent back the shrimp was too fishy probably not there fault tho. Hassanah was amazing and the manager was good also. We will definitely go back to see them especially Hassanah and her black excellence

We enjoyed a nice supper at the Clemmons Applebee’s on a Friday evening. We arrived between 7 and 8 pm. We were seated immediately. Nick was our server. He was exceptional–attentive, checked on us frequently, and kept drinks filled. The food was very good. My husband and I both had 8 oz. top sirloin steaks with broccoli and potatoes. My mother-in-law had the Oriental chicken salad with crispy chicken. We also enjoyed onion rings with BBQ dipping sauce as an appetizer. The onion rings were perfectly crispy. The broccoli was seasoned well, as were the potatoes. My steak was cooked medium, just as requested. It was tender and flavorful. My husband’s steak was cooked well done as requested, and was understandably less tender. For sweet tea lovers, you would like their tea! I would definitely eat here again.

Went in with two girlfriends to grab an early dinner and had a server, Heather, who was absolutely amazing. I just had to comment on her kindness and attentiveness. The food was also delicious, came out fast, and she was on everything and also turned me onto a passion fruit lemonade, which will now be my go to drink at Applebees! Thanks for the good time!!

Food was horrible, I’ve been to Applebee’s before got that same dish and loved it. The chicken Mac and cheese it’s supposed to be creamy but this location had it watery and the flavor was not there. The waitress forgot our drinks for a while so we ate our app with no drink, the saving grace was she knew she forgot about us but tried to correct it. There was nothing she could of done about the food. Don’t recommend this location

This place is inconsistent with their ID policy, and the girl with the long hair tied up with earrings would benefit from improving her customer service, in this economy I don’t wish job loss on anyone but if I was working for a low wage and wanting tips I would have a better attitude as well as ID everyone at the table, not just the male of non Caucasian race at the table, and ignoring a customer when asked a question is not professional, it’s also rude. The male manager on the floor was polite and professional so that is appreciated.

Drove past Applebees just now and remembered I wanted to comment on our recent trip to this Applebees on Wednesday night. Anyway, we had an amazing server Heather who was so amazing and and was so good with my young baby who kept taking stuff out of her apron. She handled it like a pro and really made our experience a very memorable one. And kudos to the bartender. Our drinks were amazing! Will be back and will be asking for Ms. Heather.
