I got the biscuit and gravy. The gravy wasn’t edible, it was the consistency of paste. It’s a good thing I ordered a bacon biscuit also. I couldn’t return to the store and I couldn’t call the store because the people inside didn’t give me my receipt.

Went to the drive-through they were super friendly super nice ask us to pull up we ask for ketchup before we pulled up. She brought her food out. After she left we looked in the bag there was no catch up my husband pulled around went inside the store and got ketchup. got to where we were going realized they didn’t give us a straw⁉️ ♀️ so we had no straw for our drink. People pay attention ❗️you’re in the service industry❗️ pay attention to detail ♀️ think about you being on the other end or your mom and dad or your grandmother how do you want to serve them? Just pay attention.

I stoped here a few day ago after paying and receiving my drink I sat in my vehicle waiting for my food and I took a drank of my sweet tea and it was so stale!!!… when the young woman came to bring my food I advised her hey your tea is very stale. She then advised me well that’s funny because it’s only two hours old! It could not have been two hours old I know the taste of stale Tea I even took a sip of another tea from another restaurant I had gotten much earlier that was sitting in my car to compare it even tasted much fresher! Fix the tea!

Hands down the worst service I’ve ever received in fast food drive-thru in my life. I say that with no spite, completely unbiased. Let me explain. I ordered a number two, which is a super star burger meal, with NO onions and a SWEET tea. I sit at the window for nearly 10 minutes, while they constantly pull cars left and right, to the point where it makes a miniature traffic jam, as seen in the picture I have shared. Nobody could get out. When I did get my food, not only was it cold but I got onion rings instead of fries and EXTRA onions on my burger, plus the tea was UNSWEET. Basically, they made the polar opposite of what I ordered. When they failed to give me my drink before I left, I had to ask for it , at which point the little girl rolled her eyes at me and almost threw my drink in my face. And then I was promptly shooed out of drive-through along with the other people they made a traffic jam with. Having been management in fast food for a good number of years, I can say from experience that my bosses would have had my head on a platter for allowing my store to run that way and my staff to operate that way. Also, having been a correctional officer for a good number years, I can also say that I have seen inmates who cared more about their job than these people do. My message to the staff of this fast food joint is that if your job here is such a burden, keep in mind that Walmart is currently hiring and start people off at $11 an hour. Will not be coming back to this location.

Stopped here on my way back from a trip because the Hardee’s in my town shut down years ago. I can see that this one is also headed in that direction from the looks of it. 2 front employees started making snide comments and making fun of me and my wife because my wife asked if they was closing early because they was hanging out outside. Place was a total mess. Bathroom is one of the worse I’ve ever seen.

I had a good experience. The burger was great hadn’t been to Hardee’s in a long time. I could see some timing issues but other than that hey as long as I got my food and it was good I was pretty happy because I was very hungry. Just a side note I’ve been back there several times and have not had one issue, the food was good the people were courteous. I love that Hardee’s.
