One of my new favorite spots for Mediterranean food! I love the fast-casual set up, and how you can customize pretty much anything to your liking. The Pitaziki meat combo was honestly unreal! Such a great value for the generous portion size, and everything in it was so fresh and flavorful. I would 100% order that again on my next visit. We had a chicken kebab pita, and the pita itself was so soft. Their hummus is amazing, and I enjoyed watching the falafel be prepared right in front of me! All of their food is prepared daily in small batches, you really can’t get any fresher than this place. A great New Haven gem!

Went on my lunch/dinner break, ordered the chicken kabob, and the chicken tasted funny. I cut into some more pieces and I think its raw… Sure hope I dont get sick since i ate some!!

It’s one of the good halal restaurant in new haven. The food is pretty healthy. You can chose a option of chicken, lamb, falafel or veggie. Please see the photo of the menu that I’ve shared to help you before you go there. It’s very close to coffee shops, bars and other activity areas. The prices are also affordable. Many available table for dine-in the restaurant.

This was by far the best shawarma I’ve ever had. The meat was tasty, the fried cauliflower added a nice crunch as did the pickles and all the sauces were a nice addition. These fries are also the best type of fries. They are super crunchy and very flavorful.

Grabbed a quick takeout lunch here while staying at the hotel nearby. Got the Schwafel bowl and it came out to $13.90 after taxes and before tips. For me the portion was good. But my friend remarked that it seemed a bit on the smaller size. I got the bowl with salad (the rice option probably would have been tastier). I got a little bit of everything – shawarma chicken, chicken kebab and falafels. The falafel was fried on spot, so it was hot and crispy. I also got a little of every side I wanted – fatoush, hummus and chickpea salad. Lastly, I asked for a couple of sauces. My server was Munaza A. and I must compliment the friendly and quick service and for helping me have a good experience.
