I live down the street from this place. The last year I’ve gone about three times. It is awful Mexican food. You will eat better Mexican food from the trucks around the area. I don’t understand the high ratings for this place I live here, it’s not good.

I just went here today and got two Carnitas tacos and a Pollo chicken taco. For three tacos he was under five dollars and there was a good amount of meat in each taco. What makes this place different From other taco places is that You can tell that they marinate their meats very well. The meat was so soft and tender and not all dried up like other places. The customer service was excellent As they were really Finley and kind. The gentleman at the cashier gave me two different hot sauces to try one green and one red and they were both great. The red one spicy but not too spicy. They made the tacos very fast and did not compromise on the freshness.

I haven’t been to this place in years bc I was unimpressed. I know it got new owners awhile back and was unmotivated to try it. Went there bc I was in a time crunch but was actually very satisfied. I got a wet burrito with green sauce. Not tons of meat but I’m totally okay with that but the green sauce was sensational. I will definitely be back!!

Stopped by for a quick lunch. This place was clean and it was outdoor seating. We grabbed a paper menu which was great to have. We ordered tacos asada, al pastor and chorizo. We also ordered birria, chilaquiles con carne and a quesadilla with flor de calabaza. Service was fast, friendly and delicious. The tacos were delicious and the quesadilla was the best. Super cheesy and flavorful because of the flor de calabaza. If you’re looking for a quick bite definitely stop here. I don’t have more pictures of the food since my phone died.

After eating here several times I can confidently say that this little gem of a restaurant provide consistently delicious Oaxacan food. The tacos are well-seasoned, and excellently presented. Last night we sampled the tlayuda (see picture), which was a thin, crispy corn tortilla-like base topped with retried black beans, sliced cabbage, cheese, and a variety of meats. The red and green salsa are delicious, with the green being milder. There is also a selection of Mexican soda for sale, along with aguas frescas. Parking is plentiful, and there is inside and outside seating. In an ocean of various Asian cuisines, this is the only Mexican place. All in all, this is a great place to eat and spend your hard earned $$$.
