Presented for a UberEats/DoorDash delivery request. As I presented to the drive-through I thought they may have been a homeless person walking through the bushes because the rustling near my car was so loud. I kept looking around trying to figure out what was happening and eventually pulled out my flashlight to see 2 rats near the door of my car running through the bushes. And as I sat at the order screen for about a minute I started to realize not only were the rats all over the place, they were VERY unbothered by my vehicles presence. I observed them climbing up the bars of the railings as well as standing to look through the glass door to the lobby. I personally would not suggest eating at this location until they get the rat issue under control as I saw about 15 rats in the 2.5 minutes I was in the line. As my vehicle passed by the rats (within 2-4 ft), they just stopped and stared at me…. Staff was friendly enough. I did mention the rats to the employee as I was unsure if they were aware & he stated having someone “coming out tomorrow.” This video was taken 2 weeks ago, I have since been back by for another order pick-up & have not seen any improvement in the rat issue.

This is NOT fast food. Incredibly slow service. I was in line, got out of line to use the restroom and got back in line. During this time, the one person taking orders was still on the same person. She finally gets done and slowly walks over to start filling an order and just stands there waiting. Maybe they were short staffed but instead of waiting, why not take orders for the 5 people in line? People have not been taught how to work and it’s a sad state we are in.

5minutes at the order window waiting to get our order taken. Ordered chicken fries and they had us pull around to wait for food. Then we were missing food after they brought it out to us. I went inside and told them I was missing an order of chicken fries and he pointed into the bag and said “they’re right there” so I handed him my receipt that showed I paid for 2. He gave me another order of chicken fries but they weren’t the spicy ones we ordered and when I pointed that out he said they had none and I’d have to wait..? I told him that’s why I though I’d pulled around into the parking lot?..not thrilled about being told to wait twice for my food. They gave us buffalo sauce to make the chicken spicy ‍♀️ not fun.

Friendly person however I had to wait a long time for my food. The sweet lady apologized and said ahe was training someone new, so it’s understandable. The part that annoyed me was that I still had to go inside (did a mobile drive up….then they asked me to park and bring me my food) because they gave me a regular whopper instead of an impossible burger. As a vegetarian I would be livid if I didn’t notice and took a bite. Impossible whopper is good however rather gonto Sonice for onion rings.

Inside seemed OK but I did watch a mouse scurrying about just outside one of the doors…. that might be a little xlose foe comfort but inside there was nothing to support the little fella frequented the inside…

There was a big rat right outside the window of my car. I look up and there is well over 15 rats by the dumpster. This is disgusting. Food went right to the trash.

Do not go to this Burger King during rush hours. They are constantly running late, short staffed, and grills are broken. You won’t find out about the problems until you have waited in line for at least 30 minutes because they don’t put up any signs indicating such and you can leave the line because there is no passing lane.
