Ordered pizza at 7:09. Stated delivery time was 7:59. Called back spoke to someone after third attempt at 8:45. New and improved delivery time 8:57. It is now 9:44 no pizza. I guess they meant AM. I am just glad we didn’t pay for it when we ordered.

The pizza was overloaded with toppings, so much so that the dough didn’t cook thoroughly. The crust ended up being completely soggy to the point that the pizza fell apart. We ordered a three topping Large pizza with jalapenos, banana peppers and spinach. The toppings were so heavy we actually had to pick a lot of them off (and we’ve never complained about too much toppings before!) If I wanted heartburn I would have just eaten a jar of jalapenos and skipped the pizza part all together. This experience all together was just so ridiculous. Pizza hut has never failed to disappoint me! It sucks that this town doesn’t have a Domino’s! (Then again, sh*tty staff is sh*tty staff, no matter the company they work for!)

I decided to use my rewards points and I got an I’m the cook pizza, plus cinnamon rolls that were undercooked. When I call I spoke to the store manager he had nothing to say position, but if I go back to Jones County and order anything else they are going to know it. And I stay in milledgeville ga. that’s it for me.

I ordered a Pepperoni Lovers pizza online. I went to get the pizza, and when the attendant showed me the pizza, it was just a regular pepperoni pizza. I told the attendant this was not what I ordered, and she looked at me like I was crazy. I was told by the attendant that another pizza could be made, but I would have to wait 40 minutes for a new one. I asked to speak to the manager, but was told by someone in the back “she was Busy”. I took my pizza and left. I will not be back.
