On 7-19-23 around 8:39am the lady serving the drive thru was about as rood as they come…first first stern taking my order, no greeting and no thank you…just rood. The biscuit was decent. First visit in years and the last. Get some manners.

Great place for a quick lunch. Dine in or carry out. Disappointed in the size of the drink. Order a large drink, and you get one the size of a small drink. For the price you pay for the drinks, they need bigger cups. Good cheeseburger though. Cooked fresh. Not like some fast food burgers.

RUDENESS to its extreme! Very unprofessional staff. They need to fix their drive thru speaker or replace it. They can’t hear you, but expect to be heard. If the speaker is the problem, we (customers) can understand and are willing to repeat the order, but if you’re attitude is the problem, you’re in the wrong business! Not sure who the owner is, but they should train their staff better and hire better employees that are willing to provide good customer service.

The food seems like it’s cooked to order because of the time it takes to get your order, which is a great thing because I would rather get a fresh cooked meal versus one thats been under a heat lamp. The staff always seem friendly and professional when taking your order. I have went one other time to get chili and that day my experience was awesome other than me not realizing that their chili is the kind without beans made for hotdogs. That was my own fault for not reading the menu.

Absolutely baffled at the lack of maturity and professionalism of the girl at the counter. Very rude. Waited for several minutes to be greeted, with “what do you want”. I asked for a 3 pc chicken tray with fries and asked about how long it would take, as I was short on time for my lunch break. Girl then stated “well it’ll be a minute” wanting clarification, I asked how long is a minute, because it could be 1 minute or it could be 30 minutes based of her tone. She then lost all professionalism and said “well imagine how long it takes to cook chicken in a fryer and do the math” completely unnecessary and unwarranted. Short staffing is not the customers problem.

They have great food, love the Blt and jelly biscuit! The food isn’t the problem. It’s their service. It hasn’t been great recently. When I order I feel rushed and being told “okay what else” and not told my total only “okay pull around to the window” and after I paid for my food there was no interaction with the drive through employee. She just handed the food and shut the window. Need to work on better customer service.

I went through the drive-thru last Thursday and ordered a hot dog with slaw give the lady the money and was waiting on my change when she handed me the hot dog and asked meif i wanted my change back since when does anyone ask you that kind of question for one it was very rude and I felt pressured to give it to her I will never go back there to eat anything ever again
