Never had the chicken Alfredo there before, so not sure if its just supposed to be a kid sized sample or a meal at $8.47! It was very delicious but just lacked the ability to satisfy even a petite little woman for dinner. Not worth the price. Should have got a pizza instead, y’all got going on there! Also appreciated the fast preparation time compared to my previous pickup which took an additional 20 minutes after I got to the counter when the app said ready come on in. Pretty sure the delivery guy took my order when I was there so they made up an excuse and remade everything as I’m standing there waiting.

(Order no: 330252): I ordered a medium pan pizza with cheese, onions & garlic- with cinnamon twist bread, the box was smashed, top of pizza stick to the top of inside of box & pizza was burnt- I called first time to speak with manager Janice, worker put me on hold & hung up. Called 2nd time Janice answered phone cut me off without taking detailed complaint, then Janice start Hollering at me, after I told her she didn’t let me explain, so I was quiet & let her finished, then she told me she’ll make another pizza & send it over, she never gave me the option to ask for my money back, then told me I wasn’t getting my money back- and hung up phone- so I called back several more times, two more male workers picked up phone, calling me BRO & DUDE- then said the driver would be back to pick up the pizza, so I ask how long will he take- they said he’ll get there, when he gets there! And hung upat 8/13/2021

I order food online I thought it was called cheesy bread not greasy bread the tater tots was too soft pizza was so-so I really enjoyed my desert which was the lava brownie the manager was so unprofessional yelling telling-off her worker in front of customers food was not ready when it said it would be had to wait until she was done fuss at worker right in front on me wow

Listen i would not eat or order food from the lowerburrell domino’s. Employee- Dough that is over proofed and per the procedure should not be used is used. Temperature requirements not followed. No one wears gloves delivery driver make delivery’s while smoking in their car come back to the store dont wash their hands and touch the food. Line cooks dont wear gloves. Things that are expired are used anyways ive seen raw dough from pizza after it came out of the oven. The manager doesnt know how to run his store believes dominos procedures he shouldn’t have to follow. Employee drinking on the job Liqueur bottles in the walk in cooler. Ive worked i suggest you dont eat their in lees you want to take a chance on getting sick.

Driver left my food outside in the cold without any indication they were there. I understand contactless delivery, but they never knocked, didn’t ring my door bell or even call me to say they were dropping off my order. On top of that they were 20 minutes later then the ordering system said they would be. Not very good service. Food might have been good if it wasn’t cold when we got it.

These folks are great. Even if we order during peak hours, it always arrives timely, and our order has never been incorrect. The drivers are always super nice. I picked up in person once, and I believe it was the manager served me, she was very sweet. We will for sure keep ordering 🙂

Very nice staff at this location. The one younger delivery driver is helped me as well even tho it wasn’t on her “Job description”. They did have a small issue with a former mgr (he would sit all the time&have his back faced towards the front door). I do believe he is no longer with this company tho. That helped them a great deal. Without him they shine a lot:)
