This Pizza Hut does not disappoint like the one near my house. You call this store and are able to speak to someone and they have their own drivers. The food is always great and service is friendly. I will come here instead of ordering from my local hut. Whoever is running this location is doing a great job compared to other stores. I needed help making a change to a mobile app order I had made and the worker that answered the phone quickly helped me resolve my issue. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work!

I work for DoorDash, today I had 2 orders to pick up at the Ross Ave location. To say that Shun is good at her job is an understatement. I wish you had more managers like her at all your other locations. She had that store running like a well oiled machine. She keep me up to date on the order I was picking up so I could keep the customer up to date as well. She goes above and beyond her job. To the point of hurrying to get the door for an older gentleman with a cane. Shun is a great person to work with.

I love this location I live in Mesquite and I drive to this location just to get pizza and wings cause it’s always fresh, hot and well done. The manager is always smiling, seems like I always see her (can she get a break lol) and the employees seem to have a great time working while enjoying each other. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.
