There was a HUGE chunk of HAIR found in my salad not even at the top deep in my salad and that is utterly disgusting. Time and time again there is always an issue with this store whether it’s the wrong order multiple times, slow wait times etc. But this here is purely nasty and disgusting and hopefully they are able to reevaluate their staff, health hazards, and execution system. I will never be returning again though.

Greeted at the drive-thru with “go ahead with your order” only after sitting there for over a minute waiting for a greeting and having to say “hello?”. While in the middle of giving my order, I am cut off with “grilled or fried?” Not even giving me an opportunity to state it myself while ordering. Pull up to the window to pay, then told to pull to a parking space, not asked to pull but told “pull up”. 4 other cars behind me told to do the same. While waiting for my food (15 mins so far) they then proceed to turn off the parking lot lights since it’s now 10pm. So we are sitting in the dark waiting for food. The 4 cars behind me who was told to pull up as well, has now gotten their food. It’s now 10:15 (I have been waiting now about 30 mins) I back up to the drive thru window. They finally give me my food with no exit greeting or “sorry for the wait”. Just a “did you have the salads?” This has been by far the worse customer service experience I have had at a Zaxby’s. And to top it off, the fried chicken in my salad was not even fresh and the salad looks a mess. What the hell was I waiting 30 mins for?

The worse!! Ordered double fries and received less than a single order. Every car parked was a vehicle that had gone through drive thru and asked to pull up or park. One food expeditor bringing our orders. Waited almost 15 minutes, requested a refund. Still got the food only for the order to not be sufficient. I’m glad I requested the refund for my time but especially happy that I didn’t have to pay full price for an incomplete order. The drive thru cashier’s attitude was horrible. The manager, however, was understanding and accommodating.

Used the app to order lunch for the guys. Order was perfect. Service was with a smile. To the workers here, you are doing great! Don’t let those hateful people bring you down with the bad reviews. They just forgot that you are all humans trying their best. It can get crowded and the lunchtime/evening rush is a real pain. Things will be overlooked, it happens. Thank you for what you do.

Cool vibe/decorations, but man the chicken is salty. Service is slow, food is mid, and older workers are as salty as their chicken. For the amount of time you wait, you’re better off going to the waffle house down the street, or picking up food at Publix.

This really deserves 0 STARS… time after time I’ve tried to give them chances but majority of the staff is horrible, nasty attitudes including the manager, I have no idea what her name is because they never give me my receipts and if they do there is no name on it. All I know is it’s a dark skin lady that wears glasses and has an accent. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt due to most of us probably going through something and the last thing we want to do is work but she’s rude for no reason at all. They’ll charge you extra for stuff even when you didn’t ask for it or just can’t comprehend on what you’re ordering for example, if they don’t have any small cups with the meals they’ll give you a medium size one and still charge you for it when it’s really an inconvenience for you. I’m just so over this place… it’s convenient for work but not anymore. They need to do better with management and staff.

They say they’re giving you double fries but its not . For the money you pay for a meal in my case two meals it feels like its rip off. Zaxbys can do better than that. Next I’m trying a different location.

Went to the drive-thru today and ordered the salad. The window opened and a skunk smell followed. I paid and the window shut. The window opened again and the smell came back. I asked for some hot sauce and was asked what kind. I said just regular not the hottest. She said they don’t have hot sauce. She did end up giving me a packet for .25 cents. They salad was warm and not very appealing. I have to say I will not go back to this location again. I would like to make sure to mention that I am not implying that the person was smoking pot while working just that there was a healthy smell in the air.
