Food was good, and fresh. Portions were fantastic. Plenty of flavor. I’d definitely go again for the food. Service left zero to be desired. I believe our server was Salina. Im not 100% sure on the name. Drinks stayed empty, empty plates remained on the table, as a matter of fact, food that came out to the table, she placed one of the fresh plates onto a used plate instead of clearing table. We stacked our empty appetizer plates ourselves and set them of the way for her. She was constantly on her phone, never followed up asking how the food was and drinks stayed low. Terrible service and attitude from her.

I was a pretty big fan of the quesadillas! I got one of each kind, and really liked the shrimp and beef quesadillas best! It was a little peppery (not spicy – peppery) which I really liked. The queso and salsa was good too!

NOT COMING BACK. forgot a BUNCH of stuff on our to-go order.. called back to come pick it up and TRIED to get compensated for it (we live 20 minutes away) and they said “we can give it to you next time”. i said i was coming back for it tonight and when we got there they had thrown it away. had to wait ANOTHER 10 MINUTES on avocado, cheese dip, tortillas and chips…. should not take that long at all.. employees acted like WE were in the wrong for asking for like a free dessert or something for wasting gas to come back. they did not care at ALL. we’ve been coming to Jose’s for a very long time and this was a very disappointing experience which is why we are not returning. so unprofessional.

Mixed feelings about this place. Took my granddaughter for lunch and I ordered the lunch fajitas and the chef’s special off the kids menu for my granddaughter. When we went to check out, I noticed that the waitress charged us for the full meal for her – a huge difference 6.99 to 13.99. Since I don’t get to see my granddaughter often and she is on the low side of the middle school age, being a child is a sensitive subject. I didn’t want to embarrass her so I overpaid. If the waitress had any doubt, she should have asked her age when we ordered – and her tip reflected that lack. Otherwise, the food and service were great.

I ordered a to go order today Lunch special # 1 and got home all I had was a taco and guacamole salad did not have the stuffed pepper or beans. Said they will give me credit…I will wait and see. First time I’ve ever had a problem.
