GREAT SERVICE! SUPER-FRIENDLY STAFF! That said, a lot of unsavory characters inhabit the parking lot, scaring the customers on purpose with dogs, revving motorcycles. They would benefit from offering police free cones 2 get some security, bc the parking lot/N Mpls location made me feel unsafe eating my item there, even accompanied by an intimidating Black man. We agreed>needs police presence, bc the vibe was scary in late afternoon, on a weekday!

We showed up here tonight at 8:15 after driving 15 minutes to this location only to get out of the car and have this character tell us that the store is closed hanging on the side drive through window. Pretty annoying since now we have to drive another 10 minutes away to go to a different location and clearly you can see in the photo the neon light is on and no one made any effort to shut it off when I brought it to their attention. This location is supposed to be open until 9!! What the heck?

Went inside to order and waited over 10 minutes while listening to staff curse very loudly and then serve friends at counter after I had been waiting much longer. I left. Rude staff!

I’ve been here twice with my children and both times I’ve had bad service from a black female the first and a black male the second time. Unpleasant as if they didn’t want to be working. They shouldn’t come to work if they’re not aiming to please the customers. I will take my business to another Dairy Queen.

Don’t waste your time with this place go to Heights. Dilly bars are so small and you can see the ice cream do to the dip being so thin now. buster bars had 0 fudge in them and maybe 10 peanuts. when i tried to get a refund and return the remaining Bars i was Told to F off by an employee and never come back. This use to be the best DQ around when the old owner owned it. Worst $ i spent was a complete Rip off.
