Wow, amazing. We haven’t been to a Kentucky Fried Chicken for a long time., The manager, Cornelius, is outstanding. He runs a clean,, tight ship. Excellent service. The food was delicious. Atmosphere was very welcoming and clean. Will definitely go back when we are in Green Bay.

Wasn’t a long time ago that they let the KFC on Oneida St. Go down hill. But with the new manager it has vastly improved. The young man in charge now has taken to making it a destination place. He is very personable and makes you feel comfortable. Definitely a place to revisit if you haven’t been there in awhile.

New GM was great, made sure order was accurate and fresh. I was glad to wait a few extra minutes for a fresh sandwich and fries. KFC made the right choice hiring him. Parking lot needs some upgrading as pavement is deteriorating and dated. Overall, I will definitely be returning.

I am a grub hub driver and have never been treated so horribly, by the manager here! I waited 10 minutes before even asking about my customer’s order, only to be rudely told that I was speaking too loud and he told me to leave “his” restaurant!!! This black man proceeded to tell me that he was going to call the cops if I didn’t leave! Baffled because I did nothing wrong, I stayed to talk to the police to let them know how ridiculous this man is. It still blows my mind how someone can treat others this way for no reason other than because they want to! Thanks for the heads up though, cuz I avoid toxic people like you! Good

Oh my gawd, this was the best fast food experience EVER!!! The manager was hilarious and is made for customer service, such a people person. I’m so glad I went to this location and not the one on Shawano Ave. Food was great too but this guy was awesome. Thank you sir for brightening up me and my son’s day!

As a world wide celebrity, and host of my own show, even I get hungry from time to time. As I traveled around Green Bay, I started to crave a famous bowl from KFC, and my gf was thinking about a mouth watering pot pie, so we stopped at the first store we saw. It was definitely no mistake, we had stopped at the right place. The pot pie would take 16 minutes to be ready, and we decided to wait. We were very well taken care of during the wait, and enjoyed our meals. When back in the area, we will definitely be stopping again. This was a terrible experience. I had an online 12-piece chicken tender family order for a 6:20 pickup and ended up waking out the door at 6:50 … without chicken tenders. During the 30 minutes I waited, multiple people came in from a majorly backed-up drive-thru to get refunds, the runner went from vehicle to vehicle checking for who ordered what and came back multiple times with the order somehow not correct for the 8 vehicles waiting, and multiple meals were thrown away. It was a comedy of errors, and while I was given some complementary food for the wait, it wasn’t close to what I ordered so I called customer service about a refund, which was thankfully issued. … All this after I had to get a refund issued for the Shawano Ave. location that was somehow out of chicken altogether. Not sure what’s happening with the Green Bay locations, but it’s a shame, and it’ll be a while before I change another fiasco like that.
