The delivery boy was nice. But seriously , are they bringing the pizza from Vegas ??? At first , it said my order had already been delivered In the 40 minutes I was waiting mind you, I had put my order around 7:40ish . then I ended up putting a claim that I didn’t end up receiving it. I waited a little more after 50 minutes still haven’t gotten my pizza . I ended up calling to just cancel my order but no one even ended up picking up. After the 60 minute mark , the pizza finally came . A whole hour of waiting .the pizza was good , but seriously don’t waste your time ordering from this place if you are hungry

Had enjoyed Domino’s in the past. Ordered the usual but instead of 1/2 mushrooms the entire pizza was poisoned with them!!!Ugh—no dinner tonight. And no more ordering from here. Final blemish: there is no way to provide feedback to the store or via app. Sorry I left a tip

very long wait for pizzas that do not correspond to the requested size, bad service and refusal to give us water to fill our water bottles. They used M size dough to make XL size pizzas. extra hair in pizza.

I will give -1 stars here, I really like domino’s but I think they must be delivering the pizza from Las Vegas to here Mesquite because it took 90 minutes to deliver, and when I called to asking for why it takes so long, this man were in the kitchen answering the phone with really loud noises that I can’t understand what he said so I say sorry I don’t understand what you just said I didn’t finish the talk he just hang up so I waited in the line for 55 seconds this lady got my order fixed

I really debated giving this review but the way we were treated was just ridiculous. We had a delivery order, we ordered wings, pasta, and a pizza. The delivery guy was very nice, but he forgot our pizza. We called and asked how long, we didn’t want our other food to get to cold. At the time I didn’t realize who I was talking to was the manager. He was so rude, I asked to speak to a manager and to my astonishment he was the manager. He was therefore rude again. My husband called back and asked for the manager and he again was so rude, my husband just told him not to make our pizza, we did not want it and then asked for his name. He gave his name and said “do you have a problem with that”.

I ordered 2 subs and was told 30 minutes for pickup. When I went to pick up my order they told me it would be another 30 minutes. I waited in the lobby. As I watched the 2 workers it was actually comical how slowly they moved. The one guy spent most of his time visiting with the manager or just staring at the order board. I will not be ordering from here again!

Worst dominoes experience/kitchen staff interaction. I tried to order a pizza semi late at night last friday at 9:20. This girl answered the phone mumbling her name I think it sounded like Alon or elon. When I asked if I could order a pizza she said she was out of pizza… I asked what she meant by that and she just reiterated she was out of pizza. I tried to be specific and ask if I could order a thin crust pizza and she said no, then just to see what she would say I tried to order a hand tossed pizza and she seriously had the audacity to say “ no means no, I’m not making your pizza. Try calling earlier next time.” So rude.
