The food here is good! We ordered chicken sandwiches, the spicy cheese fries and regular fries with an Oreo shake. Everything was good. The burgers are better, in my option but I know a good amount of people that love the chicken sandwiches more.

Very clean interior and exterior and the tablets you order off of when you walk in are very responsive unlike other places that use digital menus. I got the new Non-Dairy Chocolate Shake which was very good! The fries here are honestly the best I’ve had anywhere else fast food wise. Also I recommend the pink lemonade as it is super refreshing.

Has an old diner feel to it. It is definitely a new burger and shake diner. We ordered and paid a kiosk. Took a number and then sat down at our table. Then they brought the food to our table. The spicy fries are really spicy! They are good. Just know if you get them, they are HOT.

I ordered the single shack burger. We also had their parmesan truffle fries to share. Loved the “mushroomy” flavored dip with these fries. Fries were actually good. Wasn’t sure how they’d be because many reviews were negative. Burger was very good. Would definitely come back again. Only negative was my husband added crispy onions with his and they forgot them. When he let them know, the worker offered to remake it but instead we accepted the little cup and put them on ourselves. Overall, pleasantly surprised with our first shake shack experience! The kiosk ordering was kinda fun.

Wasn’t all I wanted it to be. Food was good but not great. Very expensive charge for whip cream and for a malt.instead of a shake. chicken bites were tiny. 41.00 for 2 people

Ordered 2 shakes. One strawberry and the other one was black and white. They were so good. Best shakes I’ve had before. Customer Services was fantastic! The guy in drive threw yesterday was so nice, respectful, and had an awesome attitude. Wish I knew his name. He needs to be recognized for his amazing attitude. You can tell he likes his job. Very good experience, we had on 7-25-23. Keep up the great work, guys and girls!!!! I will be coming back for the shakes for sure. Maybe next time I’ll try the food also.

Your app needs to incl the option for drive thru pick up. I ordered n arrived to go inside n pick up only to have to WAIT in drive thru for order. EVERYTHING was cold. Backed up car as I was driving away to ask for hot fries. They complied. So disappointed! You are NOT cheap n I’ve had such good food at all other locations! Phoenix, Edina, other airport locations. I’m a Flight Attendant it’s my go-to meal. You should have a rewards program too with ur costs! Make sure ur employees are making fresh food up til close!

Burgers and fries are good, but very pricey. White truffle burger sounds better than it is. Chicken nuggets are awful, you’ve been warned. Cartoon Network is usually playing on one TV, so kids are always happy with that. I recommend ordering online in advance otherwise you’ll need to use a kiosk. One note, there is no option for milk on the app, but you can order at the restaurant.

It was my first time here. Went through the drive through. Got the Shack Stack. They took my credit card and then told me I would have to wait. Fair enough, I figured burgers take some time to cook and didn’t want to hold up the line. A couple minutes can’t hurt.
