I ordered online and went through the drive thru to pick up. After being sent a text message that my order was ready, when I got to the window, I was told that my order was not ready. They wanted me to come to the front and park by the front door. I asked the drive thru person did he want me to just drive back around through the drive thru because it was raining. He told me no to just park by the front door. I waited 15 minutes. I turned around and went back through the drive thru only to be told that someone came out but didn’t see me. They were liars because when the drive thru guy handed me the bag, it was dry. If you came out in the rain, wouldn’t the bag have been wet??? I would have been okay with them just saying, “We’re sorry about the wait.” This is not the first time I’ve had bad service here. Every time I come through the drive thru, there is at least a 20 min process. That’s why I thought ordering online would be better. Needless to say, I won’t be back. This was their third strike. Take a look at my meal….It doesn’t even look appetizing.

Thought about going in here today because I like Panda Express. Then I remembered that during the pandemic they shut the restaurant down because of “covid” which I can partially understand. The part I didn’t understand is the months afterwards where they left it shut down because they didn’t feel like hiring people to work inside the restaurant. So with that said we will never eat there. Crazy liberals everywhere!

Look at these tiny portions you get when you go thru the drive thru… I have reviewed another Panda for the exact same thing and the boxes they are using are smaller now too. You already serve a limited menu. Now you’re limiting the portions. So insulting. It barley goes past the level area of the box.

We showed up with a group of teenage girls for my daughter’s birthday sleepover. They were so gracious to get everyone taken care of. We weren’t allowed to eat in the dining area so we tailgated in the parking lot. The employees were helpful in making sure we had everything we needed.

I like Panda Express. They’re all the same quality experience. It’s a large open space for a nice in dining experience. It was clean. The employees were nice and efficient. The Bejing Beef with Fried Rice in a bowl was delicious. There’s ample parking. Enjoy and thanks for reading!
