I ordered on Uber Eats and my order was missing everything except the chicken. So I contacted Cava and spoke to Matt who told me they would take care of it and he’d write down my name in case he wasn’t there. I went yesterday and got my bowl, however there was no note that they could find. The nice lady manager on shift still heard me out and honored what I was promised when I told her what happened. So all in all they made a mistake with my bowl but they made up for it by handling the situation without hassle. This is the reason I enjoy this location and go often because they always make things right if they see a mistake was made. That is one of the other reasons I love Cava besides the food at this location. Management is great there and they were all very nice and respectful of me and my situation. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t and their oatmilk milkshakes are tasty as well

This location rocks! Spacious inside, friendly staff. We’ve ordered in person and done mobile orders, and both went great. Lots of options to mix and match, so you could try different stuff every time. Food is fresh and flavorful. Pretty big portions, especially if you add most of the toppings.

First time customer on a Saturday evening and it wasn’t crowded, but had a steady flow of customers. There isn’t a lot of seating, but probably enough for its location. I decided to go with the lemon chicken as is and it was very flavorable. I think the drink selections are pretty good too.

The staff at this location are always great. I have a disability and use crutches or a walker. The door is not disability friendly (so heavy, no accessibility button to open) but the staff is always helpful if I need a hand carrying something to the table. They are sweet to my kids and patient when they want to order themselves.
