The best place I’ve ever eaten. Went to the UP found this place. The only reason I’ll ever want to go that far north again is just to eat here. I highly recommend. Almost everything is from scratch and you can buy rolls, cookies and other sweets to go home, since you’ll be too full to have dessert.

Five stars is not enough for Jack’s!!! We stopped in for lunch and left with enough for dinner too! We had the roast beef, it was delicious. So was the stuffing and the homemade rolls, served with real butter. The service was wonderful, we were made to feel like family. We highly recommend!

Jack’s is amazing! Almost everything is homemade. The Reuben is the best I have had in my life. The perch sandwich is great as well! In our last 2 weeks in town, we are at Jack’s 6 times. Add it to your list!

Best food north of the bridge, you will leave wanting more! Soo clean, friendly staff and super fast service. Jade was the best, she took great care of us and recommended the sweet potato fries you’ll never forget; fried and coated with cinnamon and sugar, absolute game changer! The Philly wrap and cowboy burger were among the best sandwiches my wife and I have ever had, Jacks is a MUST if you frequent the UP!

I can’t believe it took me 2 years of living in Escanaba to go try Jack’s. Great food. The skillets are the best You have to get a pecan roll or cinnamon roll to go. It will feed you the rest of the day.
