The restaurant is clean. The bathroom is clean. The service is very blah. Came in to pick up my order since I like ordering through the app, the person behind the counter said “what order pick-up?” At first I thought I placed my order through the wrong restaurant but then she finally decided to check, and sure enough it was in their order queue. So I had to wait for the order I placed in advance. Next I asked for mayonnaise, “we don’t have mayo at this time.” (Side note, I always have mayo packets in the car just for cases like these). I don’t really know what happened to Carl’s Jr but the food has gone downhill. The burger buns were dry, the burger structure looked like it was done by a juvenile. The burger patties itself looked like it was imported from a morgue and well over rigor mortis. The only thing that went uphill, the price! You can get hit over $10 for a meal if you’re not careful, sometimes close to $15 for their better items like the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger combo.

Great place to eat at, clean, greeted by friendly staff, always prompt with my order. Great food, always giving more sauces if asked to give more, and the coffee is just right. Green burrito is awesome too, have order bean cheese burrito, with the Cholula sauce. Wish I could get it in breakfast, which is only served past breakfast. I do come by in the mornings, greeted by Diana who gives time for people to order to think about what to order. Customer goes first in this place. Thank you for reading.
