There pizza was very old the pepperoni was very hard and no sauce on the pizza and the pizza box had a whole in the top box and the deliver driver had gave me a pop with a broken sauce that broke on my stairs and wasn’t very carefully with my pizza at all then we had ordered a large and they cause a medium pizza like come on get it together

I don’t know what’s going on with this location, if they’re short-staffed or something, but the last two times I’ve tried to order from them, the deliveries have been marked as complete when they aren’t. The first time, it did finally arrive about 25-30 minutes after it was supposedly delivered; the second time, it just never arrived at all.

The driver that came to my home to night was extremely rude. I forgot to tell my son that the pizza was a contactless delivery. My son went outside to get the pizza from the driver.The delivery driver screamed at him and called him stupid. The interaction was caught on camera. I get that as a delivery driver it would be frustrating to deliver to a home and have contact with the customer if you were not expecting that. However, things happen, and the way that the situation was handled, it was extremely unprofessional. Additionally, the quality of the food was subpar. I have noticed a severe decreasing quality of food from this location. Pizza is often cold, delivered late and it times Burt.

Sooooo sad this used to be good but after tonight I just can’t justify it any longer. Driver, super nice. Timing, not bad. Quality…let me tell you…ordered stuffed cheesy bread and not a single one was stuffed. ZERO cheese inside! None! Usually I just let it go, the cheese is usually all off to one side and not even but that’s good enough for me. Nope, not tonight! Pried it open to investigate and found noooo cheese. I searched everywhere. Also, tmi but cheese makes me bloat and guess who’s not bloated at all??? Me! Not even a BIT lmao , what a joke of bread….no one can convince me there was any cheese. My son even asked if I accidentally ordered “plain garlic bread”. At least the seasoning was fire lol.
