I ordered online at 8:02pm. My order supposedly left the store at 8:40pm. My Papa John’s tracker continued to add additional time to the delivery while it’s being delivered. My order was marked delivered at 9:40pm and I did not receive my items. I do not recommend ordering through this store via delivery since I found out they partner with DoorDash to deliver their items. The door dash driver stole my order and marked it as delivered. Save yourself the hassle and order from Domino’s or another pizza location. As much as it’s my #1 pizza, I can’t support this. Thumbs down to Papa John’s Coorporate for thinking this was a smart idea.

Delivery was horrible. The website online literally gives you the option to leave notes for the drivers and the driver say they never get notes. If this is the case it is the store responsibility to convey instructions. Very displeased and this is the 3rd time this has happened. We were supposed to receive a 2liter we ordered from previous order that we never received. Never again. Good bye Papa Johns

Usually have good experiences with this store, but I’ve recently had a few problems. First of all, the staff are fairly unfriendly, which I get it. I used to work at this store, so I completely understand not being super pumped all the time. What I dont understand, particularly as a former employee is why I’m on hold for 16 minutes (see attached screencap), with two drivers, and four insiders in the store. That’s completely unsat, and my manager back in the day would not stand for that kind of nonsense.

Stopped on this exit for some food (Taco Bell) on my way to Tennessee. Seen the PJ’s and even though I believe they’ve went down hill tremendously, I figured “let’s do it”. It’s been a long time, I’ll give ’em a try again… walked in, asked if they had any carryout specials, the guy said “no”.

First of all I ordered the shaq a roni that was advertised on tv and online for 13.99 which i was charged 17.73 .they should have let me known that it was not on sale anymore.
