The lady taking our order was so patient and very good with my 3 young children. She went above and beyond and even remembered they wanted ketchup as they went on their toddler rants. The BEST experience ever at an Arby’s just because of her. Thank you for going above and beyond. The food was good Arby’s did so definitely better than the majority of other fast food restaurants.

This particular place doesn’t serve ham or turkey sliders. Some folks don’t care for a roast beef slider. The fries in the loaded cheese fries were not fresh and the chocolate Carmel cookie was hard instead of soft and chewy. Don’t get me wrong I love Arby’s, I guess this was an off day for them.

Doordashed our food. The whole order was literally 4 sandwiches and 1 side Mac n cheese. One of the sandwiches was missing. I did get a refund from door dash but wanted to call the location just so they’re aware that the order was wrong. Phone rang atleast 20 times with no answer. What happened to customer service?
