Was recommended to this place and was very disappointed. Ordered right away but The wait was quite long and the burger was a frozen patty. In a town of many farms, you’d think you would have fresh burgers. I ordered a quarter pound burger and they charged me for one of their signature burgers. Had to go elsewhere to fill up.

I am unable to complain about the service, as it was non existent. Never have I been to an eatery or business with such poor service.We waited to order for over twenty minutes, at least five customers who came after us were waited on before us at the window. We intended ordering ice cream cones, not a four-course meal. They NEVER acknowledged our presence or even made eye contact. They could not have cared less about the very long line inside. We will not be giving a second chance. On the bright side: The mascot was very cute, we left with no money out of pocket, and no calories on the hips!

It was absolutely disappointing for the money I spent,. Burgers were hockey pucks (less than) everything was skimpy on, the bun was bigger than the burger, soooooodissasisfied, I feel like they owe me money for eating there… never going back. I ordered 5 burgers, they were all dried up and smaller than the bun… never will go back.not the same Kreamer Freeze

Now I tried a variety of food from this place. There ice cream is the best around. Everything on the menu is very good except the hamburger was off point. They have a outside place to eat so on a nice day it is fun to eat out there. The outside seating has a roof over it so you do not have sun blasting into your eyes. Over all nice place to eat 9/10!
