Saturday 7/1/23 – Ordered 4 Classic Roast Beefs and given total of $10.93. Got in line behind 4 cars after ordering. When I got to the window to pay they said, I’m sorry but we’re out of roast beef. This was about 5:30PM. I said why didn’t you tell me that before I got in line? She said they didn’t know? Is this great management or what? Three visits back I was asked to pull forward which I did. After No Food in 10 minutes I went inside and they said sorry, we’re waiting on the roast beef to get done. Then 4 minutes later they brought out my order of 4 roast beefs. Nothing personal against anyone, but whoever is responsible for the roast beef place running out of roast beef should have a good talking with by the owner. I’d be mad if they ran my business like that. I had to go to McDonald’s to get our dinner because the Arby’s of Selmer couldn’t deliver. I wanted Arby’s and had to go to McDonald’s. Shame on you Arby’s. D –

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. I had to through it away after 3 bites. It was so wet with runny mayonnaise I could not eat it. For 11.27 cents I expect much more than this. The worst sandwich I have ever had. I have been sick ever since I ate it. Needless to say I will never patronize this place again. Also took 12 min to get my order.

This one is a given Arby’s is a delicious restaurant. Courteous staff, very clean tables and Floors as well as the bathrooms. And who can beat their French dip sandwich. And they’re open late. Till 2:00 a.m. on the weekends and 1:00 a.m. during the weekdays.

It’s the first time I have been in it in our hometown since it opened. Should have came sooner. The prices are better than Sonic which is getting overpriced but management and owner does not care. Arby’s is better.

Swung through here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Food was piping hot, fries were fantastic. Floor was clean. Went to the bathroom and that was clean as well. Got the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich with fries and tried a strawberry pie. Not my favorite but can’t knock them for that. It was hot and what not.

Extremely disappointed with the service and staff, not to mention the food was lukewarm at best. Went through the drive thru ordered the Waugh burger meal was asked to park and they would bring it to us 25 minutes later and I had to go inside to ask about our food that was just sitting on the counter. When I got back to my truck to share my burger with my wife it was raw on the inside and lukewarm. Nasty. Was told that that’s the way they serv them . Will never be back again. Thanks for wrecking my date with my wife Arby’s.
