Our lovely waiter David was amazing and so sweet! I would come back to Blue ribbon for David and that lovely amazing chicken! It was my husbands birthday and i made a small note when i made the reservation and they paid attention and i didn’t have to say a word when i walked in, they brought him a birthday dessert right after our meal! There’s a level of expectation when you go to an expensive restaurant in Vegas and I will say this, Blue Ribbon did not disappoint! We went during restaurant week and got to sample a number of dishes and I can honestly say, everything here was fantastic. The food was simply amazing, the aguachiles, oysters and salmon were all some of the best I’ve ever had. The service was hands down THE best. The atmosphere and ambiance were perfect for a nice dinner. Don’t hesitate to come here, I would go back in a heatbeat.

Had a table for 12 at STK across the hall, they tried to fit us in a table for 8. We walked out. Came here and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Had the bone marrow and tomahawk. Both were excellent. The MGR was on oolong as was the entire team. We’ll be back. They saved the night for us.

Wow! Sat at the bar for fantastic service at the bar and dinner. Tried out the 16 oz rib eye with side of mushrooms and was not disappointed. The mushroom order is huge so expect to share. Also had an old fashioned. Everything was excellent but the cocktail could be less sweet.

Another great spot in the cosmopolitan. Be sure and try it out. I suggest the salmon, but the wagyu burger was also good. Thick cut bacon and plenty of cheese. Also be sure to try the meatballs. I will definitely be visiting again.
