My seat had mosquitos buzzing around that were biting my legs. I’ve been here a lot and this was the first time it’s happened so maybe just a one off fluke. Food was delicious as always!

Piola is my favorite restaurant. I have spent 3 of my birthdays celebrating here with family. The interior and outdoors are beautifully decorated. There hasn’t been a single time I have visited without getting the Gnocchi Pompei. My family and friends love all the different pizzas, and the garlic knots are a must try. The service is always wonderful, as well.

This place is so underrated. I’ve been here twice now and been very impressed after both visits. I’ve tried the meat lovers (picture included) and Pompeii pizzas and they’re both wonderful. Try the garlic knots too! Fast and friendly service is a guarantee here and they’re generous with portions for food and drinks 😉 For parking, there’s a huge garage right next to this place that is free. Highly recommend!

The Mister and I came here on a whim. First let me tell you that you cannot park right in front of their business on the street, as that is a no parking zone, yet we save a few people doing just that. Risky, but you do you boo. There is a garage on the backside that we park in and it’s easy breezy. The atmosphere is really nice inside, so I felt kind of bad that I didn’t put any effort into dressing the part and instead came in some work out shorts and a tank top. But they did not mind. LOL.

I have been eating at Piola regularly for more than a year. The food is amazing! I generally start off with a beer and their Eggplant Parmesan. It is likely the best I’ve ever eaten anywhere. Then eat one of their amazing salads and a pizza. The Houston is my favorite pizza. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommend this place! Not necessarily for pizza though… Their pizza is just okay, very thin and forgettable. But their pasta dishes, garlic knots, marinara sauce, and panna cotta are delicious! I live down the street and order from them regularly. Their atmosphere is open and welcoming, with indoor and outdoor seating as well as a full bar inside. Their indoor seating has a view of the pizza oven which is pretty cool. Waiters have always been friendly and attentive when I’ve gone. Food portions are big and good for the prices. Only giving 4 start because I wish the pizza was a bit better!
