Terrible delivery and customer service. First incident they deliver our pizza to the wrong address, the lady who got our pizza actually called me to let me know. Now twice we have ordered delivery and never received our order. Status just says it’s in the oven for hours. No way to contact the store or get ahold of someone that knows what’s going on. Too bad my son is obsessed with Pizza Hut, this store is COMPLETELY unreliable. Go somewhere else!

Terrible service, communication and pizza. never has been a good location but this time was the worse of the worse. Pizza went from 30 min wait to over an hr, then I received text that order was cancelled. Tried repeatedly to try to get a hold of the store to find status of the order, no luck. After I was told pizza order was cancelled, it showed up 15 min later. not what I ordered, cold and one pizza was not even sliced .

Pick up my order from location. The pizza crust seemed stale and hard, there was no sauce, barely any cheese, veggies were adequate. But overall the pizza was terrible and nothing like what I’ve had before from Pizza hut. Quality control seems lacking, hope someone takes note of this!

I called every pizza place in town. Pizza Hut’s Naomi was the only one who was willing to provide pizza early enough in the day for an elementary school holiday party. She was extremely kind and nice, even guiding us to coupons online. We will be back!

It seems that ordering a total of 7 pizzas 3 hours ahead of time is such a monumental task for the manager of this Pizza Hut, that he felt the need to call us back after already placing the order, just to tell us how much of a hassle it would be to get prepare such an order in three hours. He found this task to be so great, that he needed us to know the lengths at which he was going to go “only this one time” to get us our pizzas on time. I did not realize 7 pizzas in three hours could cripple a pizza shop, but alas, I guess I don’t understand the intricacies of managing the Tuesday nights at a fast food pizza franchise
