McDonald’s Sullivan no longer has the level of service they once did. I no longer frequent this joint but last week I popped in. The staff let me wait 5 minutes before taking my order only then to inform me that the shamrock ice cream was no longer available, even though it was still prominently advertised. The employees seem more interested in each other than their customers. Very disappointing.

You really have to make sure to check your order before you pull away. Almost every time we go through the drive thru they forget to put something in the bag. Whether it’s napkins, sauces or food items you can almost bank on having to ask for something through the window. The prices for the sub par food have outpaced inflation. If you order a large fry you get a medium fry in a large box and about 80% of the time they’re cold. “You get what you pay for” used to apply here but this is clearly no longer the case.
