First time eat here and the Lo mein was simply gross, sesame chicken was okay but had a werid after taste and fried rice was okay. Only thing that was good was the Crab Rangoon and the bottle coke. Had high hopes but sadly was let down.

I order delivery quite often and have never had any problems with the service or their food. The Mongolian beef is awesome, as is the Beef with Black mushrooms and bamboo. Deliveries are always prompt, and Drivers courteous.

My family and I ordered takeout from Panda Garden for the first and last time. The food was edible, at best. What we didn’t like was how greasy the fried rice was. And even that would have been fine, but then there were a bunch of burnt bits of onions. When I say burnt, I mean charred, black burnt chopped onion.

I enjoy the experience so much that I drive up from salcha once a month just to pick up an order. The food is consistently hot, exactly what I expect, and portions are larger than I expected for the price. The staff is always friendly no matter how busy they are and they’re serving some of the best Chinese cuisine in Fairbanks.

Not good. Just ordered from this place. Had the chicken and snap peas. The white rice was overcooked and had no flavor, tasted like water. Seems like they dumped a whole bag of peas in the chicken. There was very little chicken within the dish. Lots of oil. After a few bites left me feeling bloated. I hope this doesn’t leave the store owner offended but as corrective critisim to improve their dishes.

This is a review update. You can see my previous review below however, they must be under new management or ownership because the quality, taste and customer service went from a 5 star to a 1 Star. I’ve ordered the same dishes for 5 years and they used to have plentiful veggies in them. Now the veggies are sparse to non-existent. Food is now flavorless and they began charging for duck sauce when they use to provide it complimentary. I think an egg roll should come with duck sauce as it does at every other Asian restaurant I’ve ordered at. I will not be ordering here again because I no longer enjoy the food or the service. It’s quite a shame.
