There’s this oddly dimly lit corner in the front of the restaurant. I ordered the 20 boneless wings through the app. There were 2 people in the kitchen and 1 person up front taking orders. The app told me the order would be ready between 17-27 minutes so I arrived in 19 minutes. The order was said to be completed at 8:36. However, the order needed an additional 20 minutes to be completed. I was not compensated for the poor service or wasted time. Find somewhere else to get chicken wings.

This is the worst restaurant in New York, literally unbelievable. I ordered online , it told me it needs 16 mins, after waiting more than 45 mins it told me someone else took my order. They couldn’t do a refund or cancel, couldn’t see my order in the system. Btw this the second time, it’s a total mess, also the people who work there are always the rudest people I have ever met in my life in any restaurant. Literally the absolute worst. Never again

I come here regularly. Never have a problem with any of my orders. The staff is always friendly, and make my food spot on to my tastes. They’ve even made my voodoo fries more spicy upon request. Pedro is a cool manager and great customer service. His positive attitude, and willingness to jump in the mix with his employees. Really does go a long way. Employees are happy and not miserable, like other places.

This wingstop is terrible. The food is good. But the service is bad. I ordered a pickup order and it was 45 minutes later and they didn’t even start the order yet. And I kept asking them when it will be ready, but they kept saying they are making it now. Clearly stalling as they do other orders. And they weren’t even that busy it was pretty much empty.

Tried to give this place a a fighting chance but I can’t I’ll never come back to this location ever again. Waited almost an hour 1 time when the new management took over, cool everyone was new and still learning, gave it about a month and a half came back again….and again the service was always and horrible that I asked for my money back. I’m here today on 2/8/22 for the 70 cent bones wings and Takiera tells me I can only order a maximum of 10 boneless wings when the sign outside clearly says MINIMUM of 10 wings to qualify for that offer I pointed that out as well as another customer and she doubled down on her response. This will be theist time I come here. OH and again the service here is slow like a m’effer
