Unfortunately I got home sat down to eat and my wife’s beef chalupa was not in the bag but was on the receipt. Not a big deal it’s rarely an issue. The drive thru is one of the least painless in town. Always professional, polite, accurate and fast.. Still giving 5 stars we are all human….

Tried to place my order at the drive thru window and it was repeated incorrectly, after trying to correct it, I was told to pull foreword. The woman at the first window refused to correct my order, did not take my payment, and told me to pull to the second window to place the remainder of my order. I pulled up to the second window where my payment was taken and I was told me to pull back around (and wait in line again) to place my portion of the order. Two of us were in the car, and I did not receive my portion of the order. Decided to go elsewhere.

Got home realized 1 out of 4 was missing. Let everyone else eat. Went back to get mine. Told the girl at the drive thru I was missing a meal. That I had received the drink. Then she says you got a drink but didn’t get your food? As if I was lying. I told her I had a 45$ order and one of the meals was missing. She said pull to the second window. I said ok. Then she said “She’s full of $hi+….I pulled to the window, asked for my combo meal the be refunded. Would you really want them making your food after that? I DONT CARE IF YOU DO WORK AT TACO BELL. YOU SHOULD STILL BE PROFESSIONAL. Disgusting leadership!

The food was usual Taco Bell, but one of my items wasn’t hot. Weird, right? It was haphazardly put together. For a line that was moving so slowly, you’d think they were being all-out artists with their creations. The lady at the window wasn’t rude but seemed hesitant about interacting (new, perhaps?).

I’m already on a diet, so I can’t eat fast food period, but I wanted to try the Power Bowl with chicken… Bruh, in every bite, I had hard rubbery rice. Taco Bell is the fastest drive through in the city, but at night, the food is old or over cooked I’m guessing . I was disappointed somewhat!
