I know it’s difficult with the uptick of traffic due to people traveling to avoid the hurricane but there is no reason to have food in the window at the counter getting cold and people waiting for it. It’s sad when the people get their food and turn to you and say good luck. Plus you can’t park outside because the drive thru one is wrapped around the building.

I love the food here. I swear the chicken has such a terrific flavor that is very unique to Zaxby’s. I enjoy multiple things from the menu. Salads, sandwiches, chicken; whatever you get, you’ll enjoy. The drink machine is amazing and makes buying a drink worth it in any regard. I wish more places had that drink machine. The staff are friends and make sure any mistakes are amended.
