The staff were nice however I stood for a bit while the young man was having a non-business related conversation with a colleague. I ordered the Mediterranean w/chicken. Unfortunately the main ingredient (hummus) was practically non-existent (maybe 1 tsp) The worst part is I asked for Extra hummus. I was quite disappointed.

Not sure how this location has 4 stars… maybe for convenience of the area but there is ALWAYS an issue with food safety when ordering through Door Dash. Unfortunately the shake I received was not tamper proofed, had random residue at the top of the cup and was completely watery. I’m a six minute drive away and it is not even hot out. This location needs to hire quality staff that pays attention to details. Not expecting fine dining… totally unacceptable.

We placed an order from work for pick up. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich with hot peppers. The sandwich was mixed with chicken, so either they ran out of Tuna and didn’t want to make more, and mixed chicken salad in . Or they are not paying attention to what they are scooping. And the receipt did say tuna salad. Very disappointed. They got the milkshake correct thou. Couldn’t leave work to go back so I’m just going to be a little leery of ordering from there again.

Absolutely awful sandwich, it was thrown together, things I paid extra for were not even on it. Called to talk to the manager and was on hold for 10 minutes. Don’t waste your hard earned money on establishments like this one.

I hate to be writing a negative review, but this location needs serious work. Im not looking to make a best friend here, but any place that serves food should be getting the order right and not forget to place the rest of the order. It’s upsetting not getting someone friendly that is handling your food, but worse when everything else is totally Wrong at the end of it.

I came to potbelly today and bought a sandwich. Once I opened my sandwich at home noticed the biggest hair hanging from my sandwich. You could only imagine how frustrating it is to pay for food and to be given to you with someone’s hair. So I called the store and asked to speak to a manager I was told to hand on. Someone else pick up and informed them of the situation. He told me he was not the manager and he didn’t care if I called cooperate office and that no one their had long hair. So the rude potbelly employee hung up. Once again I asked for a manager not him or his rudenesses. Bad customer service this location has. Lost my friends and family business. This happens on 06/05/22. Call was made at 4:48pm. Both employees refused to give managers name or store number .
