This has become my favorite fish place. If you have not been here, what are you waiting for? This place will not be confused for a high end restaurant although the food is very good. The two piece fish dinner is plenty for most people. I have had the fried shrimp & I can tell you they are good also.

The food is consistently good…it’s a clean restaurant….the people seem to be very nice… I am from Mississippi, and I wish we had that kind of food there….the fish and shrimp are seasoned just right… I will miss it when we leave to go home…stay calm and eat at East Best Texas Catfish!!

I’ve been twice so far. Both times the fried catfish filets were cooked perfectly with lots of meat. Just amazing. The sides are beans, coleslaw, frys, and hush puppies; all very good. The slaw is some of the best I’ve ever had.
