Went through drive thru today and as I gave my chicken order the young lady then gives the total without even asking if that would complete my order which I wasn’t done with my order. I then proceed to give the rest of my order and you could clearly hear her laughing then says it will be a 35 minute wait which I said okay but when I get my order and get home, food is warm not hot and the biscuits were HARD! This isn’t the first bad experience at the Spence Ave location in Goldsboro. Google says drive thru close at 11pm but I have went more than once before 9pm and it’s closed or the staff want to play on the mic until you leave without ordering which is so unprofessional. Its hit or miss at this location, no consistency at all and that alone makes you not want to support this location..

Went for lunch no chicken 30 min wait they said. Came back at dinner. Stood in line 15 minutes never waited on. Employees sleeping in booths. Management and employees all need to be fired. Don’t waste your time.

Food was very good today had the pulled pork very generous with the meat , staff very friendly and professional, but bathrooms are filthy , sink had food particles in it , manager needs to address this one area because if a customer sees a dirty bathroom he or she will perceive that the restaurant in general is unhealthy to eat in it .

I walked in. A cleanliness dining room. The cashier made me feel welcome. After I told her what I wanted to order. She rang up the price how much I had to pay. I asked for senior discount. She said We don’t do it here. That’s odd because most Bojangles I went to do have Senior Discount. I waited for a lady to get my order ready. She didn’t say anything. I said Thank you. Not even said You’re welcome and went on to other people’s order. Not a friendly person. I got my order of Bacon Egg Cheese Combo. The biscuit was okay not as good as other Bojangles I go to. It had a dark brown on top with a little hard around the biscuit not soft. The bacon were hard. Just a disappointed. I’ll not go back.

Visited this location at 6pm on the 20th. I ordered the 12 piece super tailgate special. I was notified at the speaker that they only had breast and wings. I said that’s fine. I will pay extra if I need to but I need 12 pieces of chicken. I proceeded to sit in the drive-through for an additional 15 minutes before approaching the window, where I was asked if I would be OK to pay full price for my meal, but not receive any biscuits. I asked the lady, so you are unwilling to make more biscuits, but you are open for an additional hour until 7 PM so you mean to tell me that nobody that comes through this drive-through line or in store will get biscuits for the next hour until you close very unprofessional I left and took my money elsewhere

Food as expected. The establishment seemed busy, but the amount of customers and food put out did not seem to match. Mid afternoon. Took a while to get acknowledged and waited on (was able to walk to register as soon as in door). Understood getting current orders filled before taking more just not acknowledged. Dining area needed some attention tables and floors needed cleaning. Food was as expected. Staff was friendly but in a “hurried” state. Maybe having an off day as compared to the usual bojangles experience.
