I love going to Brooke’s but today I was upset I purchased and kids hamburger with snowball and a kids roast beef w snowball .. got the snowballs and two hamburger kids combo. My child was upset. And I was tired so I refused to go back I was already home. Next time please be mindful of the order and I will check before I leave.

Why dose it say dine in, but every time I go the doors are closed and I have to only use the drive thru, not everyone likes to just sit in there vehicle. Some like people like to eat by a table and not in there vehicles.

Food is pretty good, but the staff is *SHADY* with their prices. A double hamburger with 5 cheese sticks and a lemonade coated me $30!!!!! THIRTY DOLLARS. I could have gone to a fine dining establishment and paid less for that same meal, except higher quality. Don’t get me wrong, the food is not bad. But I believe the staff does crazy things with their prices such as if you want a double meat burger they will charge you for two hamburgers. Or when they ask you for “16 or 32” oz for lemonade, if you choose the 32 they just charge you for two 16 ozs.

Went today and picked up some shakes for the family. Everything tasted great, friendly and good service. I would reccomend the cleaning team to clean the pickup window. Looks disgusting picking up fresh food and you have dead bugs and spiders around the window outside!! Just my thoughts!
