I will say the pizza was good but…it was too warm In there, the vents were very nasty with dirt and mold. Had to get a bottle drink from a cooler that was not cold. No ice and a teenage girl was in a corner laying on her back with her legs crossed watching videos or whatever on an IPad!! Couldn’t believe it! Our business there is done!

Great pizza and carry out service! We used to order delivery but we had one bad experience last year when the delivery driver didn’t find our house and the food didn’t ever come. We ended up getting a refund after we called over an hour later from ordering. We had to figure out new dinner plans because my kids were starving. They should have delivery drivers call if they get lost. I came the next day to reorder and did carryout and the store manager wouldn’t come out to talk to me. The employees told me what happened and didn’t seem apologetic and completely out of their hands. We still go there but don’t trust to order delivery anymore. They’re 10 mins away so we just carry out. Also, it was confusing how they got lost in a nearby known neighborhood and we had the door open and lights on. How do you get lost with GPS available these days. We have not had any issues since just doing carryout. We have dined in once at this location and wish they did actual dining with real plates and silverware though. Pizza came out in the box. No Nostalgia from the 90s when they used to bring out the pizza in the big iron pan. Overall, the original pan pizza is why we continue to love Pizza Hut and why we come to that location because it was close. We do enjoy the random different promotional pizzas and deals as well.

Tried the newest pizza item, but as usual, it didn’t look as appetizing as the commercial made it appear. It was good, taste wise. It felt like this Pizza Hut may be on the way out for dinning room service. The soda fountains were not operating except for water and ice. There was no tea, sweet or unsweet, which is our drink other than water. Only bottle drinks were available. Service was OK, other than card scanner was not operating. The young lady taking our order was very nice and accomodating.

We ordered a pan deluxe..no where in the description says pineapple comes on this pizza. We did not add. Have had a few messed up orders from here, ordered pan crust and got hand tossed. Also, not on this store, but the pan crust is nothing like it used to be. It was thicker, crisper, more buttery in the past. Noticed the change in 2020, guess the rona affected this too.

Without my permission I was notified my pizza would be delivered by door dash instead of Pizza Hut (it was already on the way at this point)…it took 15min longer than the estimated delivery (which is usually pretty spot on). Which tells me my pizza was done and sitting up there waiting on the DoorDash guy to come get it and deliver it. We order at least 2x a month but I won’t be ordering anymore. When I order directly from the Pizza Hut website I expect Pizza Hut to deliver my food. Not a random

Food is never done! I love boneless wings I have gotten sick in the past for undercooked food at this location. The other location was closed so I had to go to this location asked for my wings to be cooked well done to ensure they were cooked fully and still I received undercooked meat. Never giving anymore chances to this location

Customer service was trash !!! I got a miss called from them and when I called back they said my food was on the way and hung up. After waiting like 25 mins of not receiving my order, I called them and they said they cancelled my order because they couldn’t get ahold of me and that my address was wrong. So I asked politely if there was a way I could still get my order or would I have to redo my order and the young girl on the phone thought she put me on hold but she didn’t and I overheard a conversation about me between the young girl on the phone and another worker talking oddly mean about my situation and the young girl on the phone made it seem like I was being rude when I was being very much polite over the question I asked. The other young girl then picked up the phone and I let her know that I overheard the previous conversation her and her friend just had. I apologized and let her know that I was upset because I wasn’t being no where close to rude and they both gave me nothing but attitude still for a mistake on the address. The girl on the phone finally let me change to the right address and said they’re going to remake my order and I have still not received the order that was supposedly made. I will not be ordering back from here if workers are going to have an attitude over a small misunderstanding, even after apologizing for the miscommunication just to talk bad about the customers for no reason.

Great service, friendly staff, and one of the best tasting pizzas I have ever had. Way better than all the other pizza places you see advertised on t.v. I had to pass by several pizza places on the way to Pizza Hut, but it was well worth it for the price, taste, and friendly service.
