Ordered for first time with new owners, they came accurate which was a big problem for us before. The kids meal grilled cheese was a great deal! Just we felt the grilled chicken wrap had too much seasoning but over all we will order again

Worst customer service experience. One star is too much for this place. Ordered on the way back from work arrived at my home and driver was walking away leaving pizza on the porch. He claimed he knocked but my husband and sons said he didn’t. Got inside open my pizza box to find all cheese had slide off to one corner. Driver must have dropped it or it slid off his seat. I called to inform them and was told they were making a new one and it would arrive soon. I put the ruined pizza to the side for them to take back and waited 40 mins…… nothing. I called again they stated driver just left to deliver the pizza another 40 minutes…. nothing. I let my kids eat the trashed pizza. I called again and they were closed. What kind of pos says they are fixing the issue and is lying with noo intentions of delivering a new one. What kind of driver drops a pizza and tries to sneak off and leave it outside without even calling. What a waste of time and money. Never again. Horrible people Horrible service and for sub par pizza at best. No, thank you.

First time ordering – it was “highest rated” on Slice. Pizza and potato skins were undercooked. Cheese had slid entirely off the pizza. Contacted Slice who reported that they made the order correct and refused to correct in any way.

I live around the corner and used to order from Paradise a lot they always had good food but it seems things have changed a lot. Recipes as well as quality in general. Sadly this will be my last time ordering. Paradise pasta special used to be sooooo good. There was no garlic or seasoning at all to the dish this time. Pasta was over cooked, and over cooked boiled broccoli was dumped on top. Water logged and also unseasoned.

This place used to be a great place for the whole family to have a nice dinner together. However the place was recently sold to some new owners, our food was completely different from the previous owners work. The food was like it had been dumped in grease and smothered in butter, biting into a garlic knot was like a grease sponge. Every bite of pizza I took left an aftertaste of butter. My brother had ordered a cheese quesadilla, keep in mind that it was cheese. We picked up our food and the thing had at most 5 little strings of cheese. He also reported that his food tasted like butter. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be ordering from here again. I will miss this place as the food used to be delicious with the previous owners.

This place has such good pizza and they let you BYOB! It was awesome, bring a 6 pack and enjoy pizza with friends. Not a large place but it has plenty of room for 6+ people to hang out and enjoy themselves. The workers were very attentive and took care of us very well. Great place!
