It still says they’re making my pizza and I’ve been home for 15 mins. They never even put the online order in the pickup box. It’s hard to imagine what we’ve come to as a society. Fast food used to be fun and enjoyable in America. This has become a joke. They simply do not care about the customer at all. It’s seriously sad. That’s what it is, it’s just sad.

They advertise hot n ready from 4-8pm for the pretzel pizza but I came at 7pm and it wasn’t ready. The crazy combo breadsticks are also advertised hot n ready but they weren’t ready either. I asked the employee and he said the only thing they ever have ready is the sausage or pepperoni pizza. However I could see that there were none of those available either.

Service was great. My pizza was awfully crafted. I got the lunch special but it had looked as if they took the pan retriever and pushed two of the 4 corners inward. No cheese on those two pieces because of the fact that they were like little dough mountains with the sauce and cheese dripping down twords the other two pieces. The two “dry” pieces weren’t edible. Burnt and had not much roni on it.

Julian took my appreciation for little Ceasers to the next level, he was straight up with my through the whole process about how great the deals are, sold me on the cheese stuffed breadstick things and even though he wasn’t confident about his skills when it came to making them he blew every other breadstick I’ve eaten clear out of the water. Customer service: Exceptional Food: Simply Brilliant Staff: Everything I’d hope for and then some Overall: 120/10 absolutely will be coming back and I hope to god this man has a raise or a promotion next time I pop back in

I’m going to give 4 stars as we had to wait in the drive thru line for an extended period of time, but come to find out they ran out of hot n ready pizzas and had to make more. When we pulled up to the window, the worker was so kind to give us our pizza for free because of the inconvenience! It was a blessing and we are thankful!

The food is fine but I haven’t been able to place an online order in months, they never pick up their phone and honestly they almost never seem to be open anymore. Half the time we stop by after noon they’re closed and its getting to the point where we skip checking entirely and go to another store on the other side of town instead.

New to the Dino Shell! Great lunch specials and a good pizza and stix special going on now(11/2020). Glad they opened up in closer to home. For the price, easy to just buy LC pizza then get a frozen pizza. Much better. This store replaced the Subway that was never good. This place is good! Try them out!
