Absolutely the worst experience with ordering a pizza ever. I kept getting email saying my pizza would be here at 9:50, I stood outside waiting, and the guy shows up at about 10:15, I tipped him nearly $10, which I shouldn’t have, because the pizza was barely even cooked, pale in color and a floppy crust when it was supposed to be thin and crispy….and specifically asked for a well done pizza. I microwaved a piece, are it, and that’s when I saw the tiny black bugs crawling in the box and on the pizza. I only saw two, but isn’t even one too many? My neighbor just had the same experience last night….so gross!

I know this place has bad reviews from the past but that was the old owners/staff that worked a while back. I gotta say I use to hate Pizza Hut I couldn’t stand it. Now that the new owner/staff took over oh my god it is so much different. I now love Pizza Hut and almost have it up to three times a week depending on the work week. The new owners or what not that took over are so friendly and my pizza is always hot and fresh. I’ve never had issues since and I just love ordering from here now. If you tried this place in the past and was dissatisfied I would definitely recommend trying this place again.

Bloomington Pizza was amazing! The manager contacted me to verify my order after I asked to not have cheese on my pizza. Just above and beyond customer service! Will for sure be coming back and telling all my friends and neighbors to order from there!!

Horrible presentation. The pizza hut taste was still there. But the crust has VANISHED. Every pizza has turned into a “stuff crust” pizza crust. Just take a look of the picture that i posted on FB. Pizza hut stands behind their product i hear too. Take a look

Ordered pizza for carry out at 4:45, the website said it would be ready by 5:00. I was there at 5:02 and waited inside next to the register for 21 minutes before any of the staff would even acknowledge me. Horrible customer service.

Have had a couple issues over the past but nothing worth writing a bad review over. The hot hot wings are truely hot! Which is impressive for a chain and the pasta bowls are excellent… I like thin crust classic one or maybe two topping pizzas cut into squares bar room style and they never disappoint with those. Sides like crushed pepper and parm are a steel of a deal so pay the extra $1 for one of them if you like having them around

Did curbside pickup but no one ever came out after hitting the “I’m here” button and eventually calling. I had to go into the store in my working in the yard clothes and slippers because I hadn’t planned on getting out of the car. We paid for extra cheese but didn’t feel like there was, and the pizza had almost no sauce.
