Decent food option while you wait for your flight. Service is pretty slow.

Might be the worst service I’ve ever experienced at an airport bar. Wish I’d read the reviews before trying to get a drink. 6 staffers. 2 customers seated at the bar who already had drinks. I sat and sat and sat…. Finally walked over to the other end of the bar (to the cafe), ordered my beer and carried it back to the other end of the bar. Nobody even acknowledged my existence…. Other than ringing in my beer when I walked to the other end. More concerned about “Kevin” (an airport employee I assume) and the coffee he ordered. Literally no other customers at the bar or the cafe or the chocolate store. Highly recommend waiting to get on the plane. No tip.

I travel the entire country. The lady’s who work here are the most unhappy people I’ve met in my travels. Slow and moody.

Chicago hotdog was delicious, few beers on the tap and a bunch in bottle, not bad for a quick bite!

Well things must’ve changed since all of these bad reviews. My breakfast sandwich was absolutely fantastic. The service was pleasant and efficient which is extremely appreciated. I will be flying through this airport a lot in the coming months and years so I’m excited to be able to grab a delicious sandwich here on the go!

With an airport full of people we Tried to order a burger at 5:30pm and they were “No longer serving HOT FOOD”. ?!? What?!? Dinner Time? And the only option in the airport. 5 people walked away along with our party of 6. We all Discussed that we would now wait the 18 min flight to Chicago airport to eat. That’s 11 people that would have ordered dinner. I would think that keeping the grill opened till at least 6pm considering flights going out at 6:30 would be a profitable option.

I watched an employee cough repeatedly while making my food – while her mask hung off of one ear. All of the other employees also had their masks pulled down. I threw the food out.
