After ordering my pizza I waited for it to be made the young adolescent started to pull the dough to make a chicken bacon stuff crust. As he was turning the pizza dough his strings to the apron was dragging on the crust. I asked for a new crust and he began arguing with me stating “this is clean” one of the other boys “please just get another crust.” The 1st boy started to tell another boy what happened and they started rolling their eyes and then went and got the pizza dough. After the boy and gave the dough to the boy. He was extremely nice about the situation. Needless to say the dough was put on a semi clean area where the dough touches as the braiding of the dough. When all is said and done these boys and girls should be better educated about if you touch something other than the pizza you are working on take your gloves off and wash your hands and stop touching walking handle or any thing else.by the way the told them to throw the dough away after one of the boys asked him ” can we still use this”

The pizzas are huge enough to accommodate my very large family and they make them relatively quickly! They use pretty fresh looking ingredients and the place is really really clean looking. Like always. I also enjoy the fact that all of their sides are usually just $5 Each! The price can get up there but you pay for what you get and what i always get is a consistently good pizza. Which is always hot when I’m ready because its not in a car for half an hour before it gets to me.

I stopped in to grab pizza before heading home last night. I walked in at 7:59 not realizing they closed at 8. The two people on duty served me with a smile, friendly conversation and excellent food. Very impressive. Customer service is excellent in this store.

This is a drive up only to pick up uncooked pizzas to order. I showed up about 25 min after my wife phoned it in. There were no other customers in line. I paid for the Pizza and waited and waited. Finally they asked me to pull around and park and come inside. It was snowing, wet and icy. The ice and snow in the parking and sidewalk areas had not been removed. I am 72 with a gimpy arthritic hip. I have a difficult time walking on ice and snow, which is why I ordered pizza to be picked up at the drive up window. Finally after waiting some 45 minutes at Papa Murphy’s for my already paid for pizza was ready. I have been chased off from again using Papa Murphy’s for quite some time if ever.
